Bogota Airport Terminal 1
Bogota Airport Terminal 1 is the largest of the two airport terminals, handling both domestic and international destinations.
Terminal 1 is H-shaped and split in two sectors:
On the north side of the terminal there is the international concourse and on the south side it is located the domestic concourse.
Levels
Level 1
This is the Domestic and International Arrivals level.
You can find both international and domestic baggage claim, baggage storage, and ground transportation options (airport shuttle bus, car rentals, taxi ranks, etc.). Find also pedestrian access to the airport and parking lots.
Other services: Currency exchange, international lost baggage offices, ATMs, food and drink concessions, toilets, duty free shops and other retail shops. Access to the upper floor by escalators and lifts.
Level 1 Mezzanine
The Mezzanine 1 is an exclusive floor just for passengers coming from the First Floor.
Find in this level both international, domestic and swing gates concourses, immigration, airlines lounges and swing gates concourse.
Level 2
This is the Domestic and International Departures and Check-in level. Find here both domestic and international check-in counters and boarding gates 11 to 78.
The hall is divided into the Domestic check-in hall and the International check-in hall.
After clearing security, access to either International concourse or Domestic concourse, where many services and amenities are available. You can also find the swing gates (11 to 20) which can be assigned to both domestic and international flights with their own hall.
Services available in domestic departures hall: ATMs, public telephones, prayer room, food and drink concessions, toilets, airlines offices, retail shops, information desk, first aid station, convenience store, hairdresser; once in the domestic concourse: VIP lounge Avianca, back office Avianca, library, and several food and drink concessions. Access by lifts and escalators.
Services available in international departures hall: ATMs, public telephones, duty free shops, airlines offices, retail shops, lost & found office, police stations, airport hospital, immigration office, library, food and drink concessions, toilets. Access by lifts and escalators.
Services available in swing gates hall: Toilets, public telephones, food, drink and retail concessions. Access via lifts and escalators.
Level 2 Mezzanine
Mezzanine 2 is an exclusive level for passengers coming from the lower floor (Arrivals Hall).
This level is divided between the domestic and international Arrivals Hall.
Services: Food, drink and retail concessions, toilets and airlines lounges.
Transfer between terminals
Transfer between terminals by the free satellite shuttle bus.
Service hours: From 05:00am to 11:00pm, every 20 minutes.
