About Bogota

Bogota, formerly known as Bogotá Distrito Capital in Spanish, is the capital city of Colombia, being the largest city in the country. It is the political, cultural and administrative centre of Colombia.

Regarding landmarks, you shouldn’t miss the historical centre of La Candelaria, which covers an unforgettable historic and artistic legacy (the Gold Museum and Botero Museum).
